The Placement Consultant will serve as a liaison between job seekers and hiring employers, assisting employer clients with efficiently filling openings with qualified candidates. Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, maintaining an ongoing understanding of employers' staffing needs Maintains records including details of client employers and vacancies to be filled. Assists employers with talent acquisition including drafting and publishing job announcements and openings. Develops and maintains a database of potential job applicants; interviews potential job applicants to gather information about educational background, interests, abilities, work experience, and job preferences. Assesses employability of potential candidates including strengths, limitations, salary requirements, and general expectations.
